Kids' Fun Weekend

Once each year, the
WK&S hosts its'
"Kids' Fun Weekend"
with some "extras"
besides the normal
train excursions. We
offer FREE motorcar
rides, FREE ice
cream for all train
riders, a "Recycled
Railroad" display,
. The
Schuylkill & Lehigh
Model Railroad club
will be open in the
former Atlantic City
Railway coach
located behind the
station.
Reservations not
required, normal
departures at
1,2,3,& 4 PM each

Murder
Mystery Train -

Join Lucky
Malone and
Moonface
Martin as
they invade
the WK&S
with the
wackiest
group of
gangsters
you would
ever
meet. But
all is not
well when
some
unfortunate
sap meets
their
untimely
demise in
this comedy
murder
mystery
"who-dun-it!"
The audience
may vote
their guess
as to the
name of the
guilty
party, and
one correct
person will
be chosen at
random and
awarded a
door prize
Program
starts at
6:30 pm and
lasts
approximately
90 minutes.
Cost for the
play ticket
and train
ride is
$15.00 per
person, and
advance
reservations
are
required.

Harvest Moon
Special - October 22nd and
23rd:
Enjoy an autumn
moonlight train ride
with musical
entertainment and
light
refreshments. One of
our vintage locomotives
will be used to
power this train on
this 45-minute ride,
which includes a
stop to gaze at the
full moon. After
returning to the
station, please stay
and enjoy the
musical
entertainment of
the "Dixieland Five"
while enjoying
cider and coffee. Adult Fares: $10
Children's Fare (
Ages 3-11): $5.00.
RESERVATIONS

One trip each
night, departs
promptly at
7:00 PM.

Terror - October 29th & 30th:
Take the train of
terror into the dark
woods and discover
what horror lies
around each bend.
Beware, as legend
has it that the
hills and valleys
surrounding the
tracks are haunted
by creatures that
will chill you to
the bone. Are you
brave enough to
survive the trip
Each trip departs
promptly at 7:00 and
8:00 PM, using one
of our vintage
diesel locomotives.
Tickets

Santa Specials are
run on this one
weekend only.
On the day of
your trip, you may
board the train
starting anytime up
to 15 minutes before
your departure. The
train, gift shop,
and rest rooms are
all heated in the
event of cold
weather. Be sure to
bring your camera
for family photos!
In addition, the
model train display,
run by the
Schuylkill & Lehigh
Model Railroad Club,
will be open in the
yellow coach behind
the Ticket Office.
Please note that
discount coupons,
group rates, and car
charters are not
available during the
Santa trips.
