Special Event Ticket Policy

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Tickets not used for this event will be honored on any regularly scheduled train trip within 12 months of the originally issued ticket date. Discounts/Coupons/Group Rates do not apply to any Special Event…SORRY!

Tickets purchased through our website are the only valid tickets for our special events. We do not sell tickets through third parties and any tickets sold through third parties are not accepted at our events.

What You Need To Know

• Your confirmation email DOES NOT serve as your ticket to ride! Please report to the ticket office for your actual train ticket.

• Certain Special Event train rides require reservations. Please check if the Special Event train you are planning to attending requires reservations and if so purchase your tickets today!

• Regularly scheduled train tickets are available for purchase online or at the train station in Kempton the day of your trip.

• Trains run promptly as scheduled.

• There are no bathrooms on the trains, please plan ahead.

• Gift certificates must be presented at time of ticket purchase. Gift Certificates are available under “BUY TICKETS” (upper right corner).
